1. Information Volunteered by Donors/Volunteers to Process Their Donation or Service Request

We request information when Donors/Volunteers request our services, when you register to use our site, or make a donation. To process your donation, we require your name, home address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. This personal identifiable information will not be disclosed to parties other than STOMP Out Bullying™ or as necessary to process your donation.

2. Information Volunteered by Customers Other than to Process Their Donation or Service Request

Donors/Volunteers may be invited to volunteer information as part of surveys. Volunteered information is the property of STOMP Out Bullying™, subject to and protected by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act. All volunteered information is stored in a private database by STOMP Out Bullying™, which is not connected to the Internet. By volunteering information, you agree that STOMP Out Bullying™ will own such information, and may freely use, distribute and license such volunteered information.

Use of the Information We Collect

We care about the safety of your credit card transaction. Secure server technology is used throughout the online donation process. High-grade encryption software and the https security protocols are used through secured third party sites. As a result, it is extremely difficult for anyone to intercept the credit card information you send to us. Contributions may also be made by calling 1-877-N0BULLY (877-602-8559). Or, if you’d prefer, mail us your contribution by printing the online donation form and mailing it to us at the address provided above.
